Hemalayaa: Bollywood Party Workout DVD Giveaway

So, if you recall I said that I received a couple of exercise dvds to review. The other dvd I selected to receive was the Hemalayaa: Bollywood Party Workout DVD. This is indeed another dance workout dvd. Like I said before, I love to dance, so I figured it was the best route to go for getting some exercise.

I picked this one because it was something new and different to me. This dvd contains a couple Indian dances, which I thought would be exciting to try. I like how the dvd is divided up so you can do a warm up, one of two dances, and/or cool down. The two dances are Wedding Party and House Party. I think I like the House Party better. However, I’m not sure why.

The music on the disc is fun to move to and the instructions are cool, too. There is more turning around in circles than I thought there would be. Some of the turning did irritate my ankle that I injured years ago. So, I didn’t complete all of the turning. However, it was still fun. Plus, since I never exercise, I think I still got a good workout.
