Target is continuously adding new products and brands to the assortment of beauty products they carry. They are even offering some natural beauty products at Target. I recently got to try a few of the newest beauty product offerings.
I got to try 2 of the Nicole by OPI nail polish Spring 2011 collection that is sold exclusively at Target. All Nicole by OPI nail lacquers are free of DBP, toluene, and formaldehyde, leaving your nails beautiful, healthy and strong. Here is a picture of 1 of the glittery shades. Isn’t it pretty? I think all of the new colors are simply beautiful!
I also got to try a few NP Set beauty products. I first used the NP Set Detoxifying Facial Toner. I followed this up with the NP Set Say Goodnight Cream. The combination of products protects my complexion, restore radiance and boosts elasticity. Both products contain vitamins for better looking skin. I liked how gentle the products were on my skin. They weren’t harsh and they left my skin feeling clean yet smooth. Plus, just like the
other NP Set formulations, NP Set Skincare is 98% phthalate-free and free of parabens, sodium laurel sulfate and synthetic dyes. In addition, the collection is not tested on animals and is presented in recycled plastic bottles.
Lastly, I also tried a couple of the VitaminSchticks. They are
free of the following synthetic ingredients: parabens, phthalates and sodium lauryl sulfates and none of the products are tested on animals. Vitamin Schtick SPF 20 lip balms revive, invigorate and defend dehydrated lips by delivering a dose of vitamins and moisture in a variety of fruity and delicious flavors.
I thought these were especially nice. They have a lovely scent and they don’t taste bad. Plus, they have SPF 20 in them! Yay!
I’m glad Target has started carrying more brands. I love that I can now go to a store near me and pick up some natural beauty products. That’s really helpful.
