I recently was lucky enough to receive a Black & Decker convection countertop toaster oven to participate in the Black & Decker Ultimate Sandwich Contest. Warning: This post contains several pictures. : ) For my ultimate sandwich, I started with these ingredients:

* Provolone Cheese
* Honey Cured Turkey
* All Natural Multigrain Sub Rolls
* Gulden’s Spicy Brown Mustard
* Red Onion
* Green Bell Pepper
* Romaine Lettuce
* Black Olives (optional)

I started by cutting the sub roll open. Then, I placed some of the honey cured turkey and slices of provolone cheese on the sub.

Next, I toasted the sub in the toaster oven…

Once the bread was toasted and cheese was melted to my liking, I took it out… Doesn’t it look yummy already?

Then, I moved on to the vegetables and mustard. My boyfriend sliced up the onion and pepper. I placed the vegetables and mustard on my sub, like so.

My boyfriend wanted some black olives on his, so he added them at this point.

Lastly, I put some lettuce on my sandwich.

Here is my final product! Yummy!

There you have it, my ultimate sandwich!
