John Frieda Beachy Waves Hair Care Giveaway
I recently had the opportunity to try some really awesome hair care products from the well-known brand, John Frieda. John Frieda’s brand of products are definitely high quality, so I was really happy to try some. The products I received to try have been used by stylist Harry Josh to create boho, beachy waves on Whitney Port.
I’ll start with the first product used in the process, the John Frieda Full Repair Root Lift Foam. This stuff is a true multi-tasker. It’s a nice foam that is used to give your hair volume – from the root down. I was actually intrigued by the texture of this stuff. So, here is a picture of some in my hand for you to see.
The Foam also protects your hair from the damage that heat styling can do as well as breakage! Wow! What a wonderful handful of goodness! 
It has a nice, light scent to it. It really does give my hair more volume. I will warn that you should make sure to get the product evenly over all of your hair. If you say, miss a glob of it near the scalp and then miss it with the heat styler… Well, it leaves your hair kind of hard/crunchy. So, be careful with the application. However, once you get the hang of using the foam, it’s smooth sailing. I really like this product with all of its helpfulness. It’s a good timesaver for a busy college student like myself.
The last thing you need to finish off your hairstyle is the John Frieda Luxurious Volume Extra Hold Hairspray. This wonderful can of spray is equally fantastic! It has a barely there scent and it dries really quickly. This allows your hair to retain the style better since it catches it in time. Plus, it gives hair more volume. I really like that it doesn’t dry out my hair or make it stiff.
Both of these products can be used to create wonderful waves. They keep your hair voluminous and soft.

I would love to try these products because I have fine, flat, sometimes lifeless hair. I’m always looking for ways to add volume without damaging my hair.

I have not used the the root lift and would love to try it since my hair is fine. I started using these products when I lived in Germany a few years ago and kept using the hair spray when I got back to the USA. It doesnt give a sticky or stiff feeling to my hair yet holds very well.
