Earthbound Farm Organic Giveaway

Earthbound Farm is North America’s leading grower of organic produce. Their website provides many tips for leading an organic lifestyle. In addition to that, one of their co-founders has written two wonderful organic cook books to further help people out. I received a copy of both of these books.

Food to Live By was the earlier of the two books. It has the story behind Earthbound Farm Organics as well as why we should try to eat organic foods. It has several different recipes with many helpful tips and notes throughout. There are even charts/hints for picking the right ingredients. Plus, the pictures are simply beautiful. Recipes include Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake, Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble, Grilled Vegetable Lasagna, and more!

The follow up book is Earthbound Cook. It features many of the same chapters of foods (soup, leafy green salads, meat and poultry, etc.). However, it has different recipes with even more tips for living an organic lifestyle. It helps you understand labels on food and learn how to save time.

Overall, both books are very nice. Many of the recipes look and sound delicious! If nothing else, they will provide you with some new healthy recipes to try.
