My Get Healthy event is not necessarily about getting skinny or losing a bunch of weight. Rather, it’s about eating healthier and working out more. This means tracking other things besides just my weight. So, when I was offered the chance to review a Weight Watchers by Conair Scale which has the same outlook, I knew I had to do it.
The Glass Body Analysis Scale Model WW52 measures body fat, body water, bone mass, and BMI (body mass index) in addition to weight. So, I can really track my progress with this scale. I am off on all of these things, sadly. My weight, body fat, and BMI are considered overweight for my height and age.
However, that is not all bad news as I used to be considered obese in January. So, the scale did help me see the progress I’ve made in the past 8 months or so.
I also was surprised to see that my body water was too low. I mean I’ve really increased the amount of water I’ve been drinking. However, I guess that’s not enough. So, I know I need to work on drinking even more water. One thing I was not expecting to be off on was bone mass. However, I’m actually just slightly in the high range. I’m not entirely sure what that means. Haha!
I think this scale is very useful for tracking my success at a healthier lifestyle. Plus, it has a four-user memory. So, my whole household can use it. I really like the 1.9″ LCD screen since it’s a blue backlight. I do kind of wish the text was bigger since there’s two lines to read. I also wish the text didn’t flash twice, but rather stayed on the screen for a longer period of time.
Overall though, this is a very nice scale. I can tell it will last a while with its impact-resistant tempered safety glass platform with stainless steel. That’s really good considering college students move around. You can purchase Conair products, including the scale at the Conair online store. You can also win one below.

Love this scale because it will give me access to health information that I don’t have. I never would have thought about whether I have enough water or not.
