Holiday Gift Guide Gyro Bowl Giveaway

Let’s kick off the holiday gift guide with a cool product. I’m sure you’ve seen those commercials which feature the Gyro Bowl. You know the one that claims it’s the no spill bowl? I love getting to try the As Seen on TV products, so when I was pitched to try this product, I figured it could be fun. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, here is some more info on it…
Gyro Bowl is a kid-proof bowl that uses 360-degree technology to keep items inside the plastic sphere. The bowl stays open-side up, no matter which way a child decides to twirl it, throw it or dump it. Gyro Bowl is virtually indestructible and works just like a globe!
I attempted to show you in my pictures above the Gyro Bowl as you dump it over. The first picture on the left is of it sitting on the table (looks pretty enough). Then, I attempted to show you how the inside of the bowl works when it’s being turned upside down. Then, the picture on the right shows you what it looks like when it is finally upside down. As you can tell, not a single grape fell out of the bowl! Woot!
It a fun bowl to play around with, that’s for sure. I like just spinning it around with stuff in it. I have noticed that if too much of the weight of the items in the bowl get to one side, then it gets kind of stuck and doesn’t spin. I also had a grape get caught and the thing got stuck. Also, if the bowl actually falls and hits the floor or something, then stuff spills out of the bowl. The Gyro Bowl does come with a lid, which I would recommend using. It keeps things in the bowl and fresh.
The Gyro Bowl is definitely a fun product. It’s brightly colored and a blast to play around with. However, I’m not sure that it’s completely anti-spill/mess. It would be good for a pretty candy bowl to set on the desk/table. It might work for cereal if you are afraid of spilling milk and cereal on yourself if you shift about a little bit. Overall, it’s a nice product.
