Hormel Country Crock Sides Holiday Giveaway
Thanksgiving and Christmas are big meal days in our family. I mean we tend to eat lots of the same foods every year and they take lots of time to prepare. So, I was really happy when I was contacted about trying the Hormel Country Crock Side Dishes. They are side dishes you simply have to microwave or heat up on the stove top to prepare! Wow! Talk about saving time!
On Tuesday, I decided to have a mock Thanksgiving meal with my mom and dad using the side dishes. There are several different side dishes to choose from. However, I was able to find only three in the stores near me. So, we went with the Homestyle Mashed Potatoes and Elbow Macaroni & Cheese side dishes. Since we were having turkey on Thursday, we wanted chicken for the meat. I also had a piece of bread with my meal since I like bread. Haha! Here are some pictures from our lovely store to table meal.
I was surprised by how good the side dishes were. I really liked them both. They tasted delicious and definitely not like something we just picked up from the store. My mom commented that they tasted homemade! She said that we would be having them again. She also mentioned that she would have bought them previously if she had known they were that good. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the quality and taste of the products.
The Hormel Country Crock Side Dishes are simply fabulous. They save you time in addition to tasting great. So, it’s the perfect thing for our busy household. I mean the holidays are about spending time with family, not slaving over a stove. These dishes help bring your time back to family and away from the kitchen.
