Back in the summer I was lucky enough to be able to do a Dance off the Inches: Hip Hop Workout DVD Giveaway. That DVD was of Jennifer Galardi. So, when I was sent another workout dvd with her in it, I was happy to give it a go. Of course, since it is her, it is a hip hop dance workout and it’s called Dance off the Inches: Hip Hop Body Blast. It actually just came out on December 6th. This dvd is very similar to the last one I reviewed. It has a step guide separate from the workouts. I highly recommend you do it before the workouts, even if you have done previous workouts with Jennifer. I did the step guide with warm up and cool down the first time I did this workout. The second time, I did the step guide with the warm up, cool down, and one of the dances. So, it took me a few times to get the hang of the steps for this one.

This workout included three separate dances, like the other dvd from Jennifer. There’s To The Club, Groovin’, and Kick it Out. While I thought all of the dances were fun and somewhat challenging, I didn’t get into this dvd as much as I did the other one. I really enjoyed the warm up and cool down on this one though. The warm up was very fun and gets my heart beating faster. The cool down is actually relaxing and smooth. Overall, this is a fun hip hop dance exercise dvd.
