I had hoped for some snow days this past winter. However, like the rest of the rest of the country, we had a really mild winter. One of the problems with a mild winter (besides the lack of snow days) is that insect activity is occurring two to four weeks earlier this year. This means there is an even greater chance that homes and landscapes will be infested this summer by problem pests, such as Argentine ants and carpenter ants. Yuck! Doesn’t that like an awful problem? Thankfully, AMDRO has the AMDRO® Ant Block® Home Perimeter Ant Bait which kills a wide range of ant species around the perimeter of the home so they do not come inside.
In addition to to that, the bait allows foraging (worker) ants to bring the granules back to their mound before taking effect, resulting in the entire colony, including the queen, being destroyed. Haha! Take that ants! The bait actually attracts 15 different species of ants, so this stuff will probably help you with your ant problem. If you are having an ant problem, then you will want to check out AMDRO on Facebook and to follow AMDRO on Twitter as they post helpful tips from time to time for dealing with pests.
To help you with your ant problem this year, AMDRO is giving one very lucky winner a $50 AmEx gift card which could be used to purchase the handy AMDRO® Ant Block® Home Perimeter Ant Bait. So, enter my giveaway below for your chance to win the gift card.
