Aurora Raggedy Ann and Andy Doll Giveaway

I’m sure we all remember those classic Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. I know a few people who collect them and I owned at least one of each as a child. Well, now Hasbro is allowing a whole other generation to fall in love with these characters as they partner with Aurora to release a new collection of them this year. The dolls have a combination of modern and classic elements to them. They all feature handmade pieces with fine detail such as the yarn hair and facial features.
I recently received the 16″ version of Ann and she is pictured above. Isn’t she beautiful? I was very impressed with this doll. It looks gorgeous. She is the perfect size to carry around for a child, not too big or too small. I love the blue dress with design. I also really enjoy the “Raggedy Ann” sewn into it (lower right). The face looks perfect. This doll would be great to do add to any collection.
The doll looks great and feels good in my hands. If you can’t tell just by looking at her, you can pick her up to actually feel how high quality she is. Everything goes together well on this doll. It would provide for hours of imaginary play for a child or look fabulous sitting in a collection. Plus, she looks really patriotic in her red, white, and blue. Overall, it’s another wonderful item from Aurora. As I’ve seen in the past with my earlier Aurora World Toy Giveaway, Aurora offers some of the best and highest quality toys around. Now, one lucky reader will win their own doll.

I would love to win this for one of my young grand daughters. I made 2 of my children Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls for Christmas one year and they were loved and treasured. I also had several vintage Raggedy Ann books for them, too.
