I have posted in the past that I love to paint my toenails. I can’t stand to see them plain and I’m always on the lookout for new brands, shades, and products to use. I love trying products to keep my feet soft and smooth, too. So, I knew I had to try Julep. They offer a variety of products, perfect for me.

One of the best things they carry is a Julep Maven Box. There are a couple of different ones you can get based on your own sense of style. Each one contains different colors of nail polish that fit your personality. I went with the American Beauty because I typically wear classic colors and don’t go for the wild stuff. So, I figured it would suit me well. The colors were a bit different than what I expected, but they are ok. I got a Renee a lilac creme (purple) and Emma which is described as a “soft and feminine seashell pink shimmer”. As you can see, the pink is brighter than I imagined and the lilac is more purple. They are still pretty colors, just not exactly what I had in mind. I think next time I would like to try the Bombshell Maven.

Something I loved about the box though was the Best Pedi Creme Ever. It is a nice lotion that makes my feet feel awesome. It smooths the skin and makes my feet look beautiful. It’s a wonderful way to top off the pedicure. Plus, it has a nice and relaxing scent. It exfoliates with alpha hydroxy acids, hydrates with shea butter and coconut oil, and nourishes with vitamin E! I would definitely purchase this stuff. I think the bottle could be bigger though. I mean I’m not sure I could make it last a whole month (you are supposed to order a new box every month). Nonetheless, I really like it.
