Since I am a blogger and (hopefully) a teacher, I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. Since moving back into my parents’ house, I have gotten a new desk. However, I have been using my mom’s old computer chair. I figured I should return it to her and get my own chair in case I get the opportunity to move out anytime soon. So, I was delighted when I had the chance to receive the black fabric mid-back computer chair from Office Decor Pros which is a website branch of Pro Home Stores. They offer a variety of different products such as the bean bag chair and electric fireplaces in addition to office furniture like my chair.

I selected my chair in black because I hoped it wouldn’t show dirt as easily. However, I didn’t think about it showing crumbs so much. Haha! I guess that just means I shouldn’t eat at the computer as much. I like the black though since it goes with my desk and laptop. It matches really well. I also like that the chair has an adjustable height. I can lower it if I get a different desk or if someone else wants to sit at my desk.

I also appreciate the arm rests. My mom’s chair doesn’t have any. So, it’s a nice change to have them. This chair is also different in that the bottom and back pieces actually meet together. This means there is more to support my back than a simple piece of metal. Overall, it is a pretty comfy chair. I am enjoying it thus far.

I will say that I found it to be a bit trickier than I had anticipated to put it together. The pieces come in a big box. Then, the directions are just pictures. There aren’t any words or tips available. I was amazed that I didn’t need any additional tools to put it together though. It took me around 30 minutes to get everything out of the box and in one piece. I actually couldn’t figure out how to use the covers on the nails. So, I didn’t put them on. I also think I may need to tighten the screws periodically because it is difficult to get them to get into the holes straight. Nonetheless, it seems to be holding up well.
