As you already know, I am endorsed to teach multiple grade levels and subjects. One of them is middle school social studies. Naturally, I have an interest in historic films and books. As you can imagine, I’m pretty excited about the upcoming film from Steven Spielberg – Lincoln. They actually just released the poster above for it. Doesn’t Daniel Day-Lewis look so convincing? I mean I’ve seen several of his other films because he is one of my boyfriend’s favorite actors, so I knew he would be great. I just didn’t expect him to look so believable doing it.

The movie is coming to limited theaters on November 9th and fully releases on November 16th. In case you hadn’t heard, the movie is based on the 16th President’s (Abraham Lincoln) final months in office. I’m sure it’s to be very riveting and good. I’m certain my boyfriend and I will be seeing this come November. Besides, my birthday is in early November and I think this would make a great birthday movie date.
