Once again I was able to receive some office supplies from Shoplet. They are quickly becoming one of my favorite places to receive packages from. I mean I just love the surprises that I get from them. My most recent one arrived yesterday and it featured one of the brands I’ve worked with previously – Zebra Pens! The picture above shows all of the awesomeness that I received.
Included in the shipment was the Zebra Z-Mulsion EX Ballpoint Pen. It is very comfortable to write with. The rubber grip feels nice in my hand and allows me to write with the pen steadily. The ink flows out super smooth from the pen. It does appear to smear relatively easily if you don’t let it dry long enough. However, it’s not terrible. I received this one in red ink. It’s like they want me to grade papers with it (actually I don’t use red). Overall, it is a very nice pen that allows me to write nicely and comfortably.
I also got to try out the Zebra Z-Grip Ballpoint Retractable Pen. It has a great ribbed rubber grip which feels cool. I like the rubber part but I’m not sure I like the ribbed portion as I tend to grip the pen tightly and it rubs a little. Although, it is certainly better than gripping the pen tightly. I appreciate the fact that I have the ability to see the amount of ink left in the pen so I know how much longer it will last me. The pocket clip is great too so I can hang it on stuff. The classic black color is good, too. It doesn’t seem to smear easily.
Overall, the products from Zebra Pens are fabulous. I love writing with them and my future students/classroom will be happy to have them. What do you think of Zebra Pens?
