Being in education, I’m all about supporting children and their parents. Naturally, I wanted to tell you about Sports Illustrated Kids and their cool new contest. Sports Illustrated Kids brings the best in sports news to a new group of readers, those readers being children. I know how difficult it can be to get some kids to read. So, I’m all for getting reading material that is of interest to children. If a child is interested in the topic then they are motivated to read and that is an accomplishment. I think it’s fabulous this magazine exists for kids now.

Additionally, there is the Sports Illustrated Kids 2012 Sportsparent of the Year Contest I want to tell you about.
