Dance Off The Inches Latin Cardio Party Workout DVD Giveaway

I recently received several new workout DVDs and I am enjoying the variety with this bunch. One of the new ones I received was another very fun Dance off the inches workout dvd. This time it was Latin Cardio Party. It is led by Emily Naim with choreography by Jennifer Galardi. So, the moves are fun like the ones I was used to from the Hip Hop workouts from Dance Off The Inches. However, these have a latin flair to them.
The DVD has three different (about 10 minutes each) dances. This includes Samba, Reggaeton, and Cumbia. Reggaeton seemed to be more similar to the hip hop moves that I was used to from the other workouts. I thought it was less feminine in its movements than the other two. The Cumbia really had my hips moving. The Samba made me shimmy and shake around the living room. This DVD works out your hips and abs for sure. They do a fabulous job at trying to target those key areas in a fun way. Plus, I was actually sweating when I did this workout. I guess that’s where the cardio part comes in since my heart was beating quickly.
Overall, I really enjoy the Latin Cardio Party. I will say that you should heed Emily’s advice and warm-up/stretch your ankles as all of these dances certainly use them. I felt that a couple of moves/turns were a little difficult to do on the carpet, so the workout would probably be best done on a hard floor. Nonetheless, it is still very much possible to do this workout and enjoy it from the carpeted living room.
