Kristen Bell and Neutrogena Save Water

Kristen Bell for Neutrogena 201x300 Kristen Bell and Neutrogena Save Water

You may recall the Neutrogena Naturals Review I posted in early 2011 where I raved about how great the products were. Well, I can honestly say that I still love those products and I still use them. I am also happy to share with you a new initiative from them and Kristen Bell. It’s the Neutrogena Naturals “Jump in, Jump out, Join in” campaign. When Kristen was asked why natural beauty products are so important to her, she said…

In my line of work, I have the opportunity to try many products, but I really gravitate towards natural beauty products because I don’t like using products laden with harsh chemicals. Also, for me natural beauty starts with confidence – it’s a combination of how you look after your body, not only from the outside but also inside. It is really important that you take the time to put nutrients and vitamins into your body that are natural, that will make you feel good and fuel you in the best possible way. That’s equally important on your skin and your hair. And since your skin is your biggest organ, it’s key to use natural products that your skin can drink up and that you can feel good about.

Now, back to that awesome promo. As you may know, we are currently experiencing a drought. Additionally, the US is the biggest consumer of water. So, the two have partnered together for this really cool promotion to encourage everyone to conserve water. They want everyone to

… help save one million gallons of water by shortening their time in the shower and adopting other simple, water-conserving behaviors. And if being good to the planet isn’t reward enough, those who take the shower pledge will have a chance to win some of Kristen’s personal eco-friendly faves, from beach cruisers and self-filtering water bottles to eco-sacks and Neutrogena Naturals skincare. One lucky water conservationist will receive an all-expenses paid trip for two to Los Angeles to experience Kristen’s top eco-friendly hot spots and meet the actress in person.

Wow! Not only can you become more eco-friendly, but you can enter to win some fabulous prizes. I mean, how awesome would it be to be able to meet Kristen Bell? I think it would be a great experience. You can pledge and enter to win once every entry period. I’ve already entered for this period. What about you?

Disclosure: I received nothing for this post. No compensation was received. The opinions expressed are my own.
