Holiday Fitness Prize Package

If you are anything like me, it’s really hard to fit in workouts and to eat right during the holiday season. That’s why I thought it would be a brilliant idea to host a holiday fitness giveaway filled with fabulous products to help a very lucky reader get healthy in the new year. I’ve tried out all of these products, so I can tell you how helpful they really are. This package contains an assortment of awesome products, from workout DVDs to CDs and a book. There’s something to get you motivated, no matter your preferred format.

The first product I want to to introduce you to is the DOD Fitness Donuts. Available in Knee Donuts, Wrist Wedges, and Neck Circles, these products allow everyone to do workouts on the floor. I found the Knee Donuts to be particularly helpful as my knees have popped ever since I was little. So, my knees really don’t like the floor. These donuts cushion my knees and make it easier for me to do some floor exercises. The material is soft yet supportive, perfect for the knees, hands, and neck.

Next up, is the dvds from Tracy Anderson Method. There are three separate DVDs for this giveaway… there’s the Mat Workout, Dance Cardio Workout, and Post-Pregnancy Workout DVD. Tracy Anderson take a different approach to working out with her specific method. Tracy’s fan include Gywneth Paltrow and Madonna, so you know her stuff is awesome. I thought the dance cardio was very different from other dance workouts. Tracy doesn’t repeat moves over and over again. Rather, you actually learn a whole dance routine. The Tracy Anderson method is supposed to give you results with personalized results. It’s definitely something worth trying in the new year.

Another product included in this giveaway is the Thin in 10 Weight-Loss Plan book. It is based on an overall healthy lifestyle that includes 10 minute workouts and eating healthy. There are even different levels of workout plans to follow in this book. You take a quiz at the beginning of the book to determine which level you should start out at. Then, you can retake it every 4 to 6 weeks to change your workout plan. Right now, even though I’ve been working out pretty consistently for over a year, I still need to do the novice level. My answers put me around novice or intermediate level, but the books says to do the least advanced workout schedule if there is a tie. I think this book is great for all busy women because it is so easy to follow and it’s very helpful with its real-world approach to getting healthy.

Lastly, I want to highlight a product I wouldn’t normally feature because I don’t own a workout machine. It’s the CDs from Motion Traxx. The CDs contain fun, fast workout music along with coaching from some of the best. This includes Jessica Smith (the author of the book from above) as well as Amy dixon. They are fun and are a great way to spice up your workout routines. The Tabata Coach with Jessica Smith even allows you to workout without a machine. So, there’s a CD for everyone.
