I was very excited when BIC agreed to participate in my Back to School Event this year since last year’s Bic Back to School Giveaway went so well. This year, I received some new and wonderful products.
One of those products is the cool Bic 4-Color Grip Ball Pen. It comes out as the orginial BIC 4-Color celebrates its 40th Anniversary! Isn’t that neat? It has 4 different colors of ink – blue, black, red and green! I think that’s especially great for a student teacher. I mean I can use the black or blue to fill out my important forms (hello, student loans). Then, the green or red can be used to grade papers. Plus, it has a really comfy full-length grip which makes it great for taking notes in class.
I really enjoyed the huge 28 pack of BIC Impressions Pencils. They are actually a mini size with four different barrel designs. They come with 3 pieces of lead and a smudge free eraser. I love that there’s a large number of pencils. This would last one person a good while and a classroom for at least a week. 😉 I love that the pencils have 200% more lead per pencils because that means you don’t have to purchase lead as often. The fun designs make taking notes less boring.
The Bic for Her Ball Pens are wonderful. They come in pink and purple, typical girly colors. They would be good to get a student interested in writing in class or extra feminine for any female. I just love its soft contoured grip as well.
I saved the last writing utensil for a reason. I tend to show my boyfriend what I get in the mail just for fun and to get his opinion on things. When I showed him the package of BIC Velocity Bold ballpoint pens, he actually had a comment. He said they were nice pens which I thought he was being sarcastic about. It turns out I was wrong. He (apparently) carried these pens around when he had a job working with the public a few years ago and allowed customers to use the pens when needed. He remarked that he loved the pen and that customers would actually remark at what a great pen it was. It writes smoothly and is comfortable to write with. So, take it from my boyfriend and many other customers that this pen rocks. 😀
The last product I received from BIC is their Ecolutions Glue Stick. The dispenser is made from 100% recycled plastics! The glue dries clear. So, what’s not to love about it? I really like this glue stick. Plus, I love that it comes in bigger sizes perfect for classroom use.
