It’s been awhile since my last Post-it Note Giveaway and you know I love working with that brand. If there’s one product I’ve realized I’m going to need, no matter what grade I end up teaching, it’s going to be Post-it Notes. In kindergarten, we used them all of the time in positive reinforcement for good behavior to hand out stickers. In seventh grade, we use them to write notes to ourselves and others.
While it’s clear that we need them, I often felt bad using so many in any given day. Then, they came out with new colors for their Sustainable Notes Collections just in time for Earth Day (which was Sunday). The notes are made from eco-friendly materials, to help green your organization routine. They are made from 30% postconsumer content. The three new additions include Sunwashed Pier which includes cool hues (sort of basic shades). There’s also Tropic Breeze which has calm and carefree colors (pictured above). Lastly, we have Farmers Market with lively colors.
I am always excited to find products which work just as well as their counterparts, but are better for the environment. So, I’m very excited to hear that Post-It is working to expand their green offerings. As usual, these new notes work just as good as the other regular notes. Plus, the new colors are fabulous. They make writing notes fun again. Plus, if they are used to give to students, then they are even more fun with the bright colors.
