I tend to have a hard time finding a comfortable pair of shoes, but when I learned about the Reebok Skyscape Runaround shoes I knew I had to try them out. Between their unique material usage, fun design, and the Reebok brand these shoes have become my new favorite weekend shoes.
Disclosure: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Reebok. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
Reebok Skyscape Runaround
I don’t think that I’ve mentioned it before on here, but Fridays are jean day at school. That means that on Friday, I get to teach in my jeans and a sports team t-shirt and I usually dress down my shoes as well. Prior to this week, I had been wearing a pair of blue and white Reebok shoes that my students loved. I’d actually had students stop me in the middle of class to ask about them. In the past week though, I ordered a pair of the new Reebok Skyscape Runaround shoes from Kohl’s and I’m definitely looking forward to wearing them this Friday.
The new Reebok Skyscape Runaround shoes are the perfect women’s shoes. They come in stylish colors and I chose to go with a classic black because it will match all of my team shirts and goes nicely with a pair of jeans (as you can see). The thing that stands out most about these shoes though is the material they are made of.
The Reebok Skyscape Runaround features a seamless 2-way stretch material that feels great on my feet. It’s one of the few pairs of shoes that I don’t worry about rubbing on my feet because the material itself is so soft (yet durable). The upper is actually crafted using the same technology they use to make molded foam bras! I figure if that makes stuff good enough for the upper part of me, then it’s surely good enough for the tip toes of me too. Another added bonus of this material is that the shoes are so light! They weigh only 5 ounces! Wow! They are definitely some of the lightest shoes I’ve ever worn (which makes running errands a breeze).
I also LOVE the insoles of the Reebok Skyscape Runaround. The insoles are made of a cloud-like foam that provides support and cushion for my feet all day long. I recently wore them out while doing some shopping with the boyfriend and I’m happy to report that they did wonders for my feet and legs. I typically remove my shoes as soon as I get home. However, I didn’t do that with these shoes. I keep them on and ate lunch in them! That’s probably the highest compliment I can pay these shoes and I understand the Miranda Kerr ad for these completely. What about you?
I am looking forward to wearing my beautiful Reebok Skyscape Runaround shoes this Friday as I’m sure my students will notice that I’m wearing new shoes and they will ask what they are.
