It’s hard to believe that I’ve been out of college for a year now. I graduated on May 5, 2012. So, the one year mark was this weekend. I know that now is the season where we have lots of events with important moments to capture. That’s why I’m doing this sponsored post to tell you how to preserve memories with Best Buy this season.
That’s me at my college graduation a year ago. I was so happy that day. My parents were proud of me and it was a grand time. To capture the moments, we actually used a camera that my mom got me for a Christmas present from Best Buy (because clearly we wanted something more than a smartphone to preserve memories from that day). I’m very happy that we used my camera on that day to take pictures because the pictures from my graduation ended up being the last photos I got with my dad. Talk about a way to preserve memories!
My mom got my camera at Best Buy for a couple of reasons. For starters, they had the best selection of cameras. She did some shopping around before purchasing mine and realized that Best Buy also had the best deal on the camera she wanted to get me (they have a low-price guarantee). She could have ordered it online and received free shipping, too. Now that I am wanting a DSLR camera, we are looking at Best Buy again. I just learned that you can even trade in your old camera for a gift card to Best Buy. So, we may be looking into that option.
With all of these spring memories happening soon (graduations, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day), it’s a great time to get a new camera at Best Buy or a new frame. Have you ever looked at those nice digital photo frames? They are a great way to relive those moments (after you preserve memories with a camera of course). In fact, after my graduation, we viewed the pictures from my graduation on one at my boyfriend’s house. It was fun to sit there and watch the slideshow of pictures from the day. Right now, you can save on a digital photo frame from Best Buy. If you follow that link, you will be able to save 25% off select ones.
So, how do you plan to preserve memories this spring?
