Last month, I went to a blogger event which required me to fly, as you probably recall. I was very nervous about this trip as it was my first big trip alone, I hadn’t been on an airplane in years, and I had never been on boat (muchless on a dinner cruise). However, I was able to travel without worrying about getting motion sick or suffering from pain with two great medications.
Anacin is a lovely medication. It can get rid of minor aches and pains. It’s wonderful for those slight aches or severe pains that could occur during or after a long day of traveling. I mean a whole day of running around airports and carrying a bag can get tiresome at the very least. Not to mention we spent a whole day out in the fields in Minnesota. What’s more, Anacin contains caffeine which helps the body absorb medicine quickly for faster relief, and gives you that extra boost you need to enjoy every minute of your vacation! 😀
Bonine is a less-drowsy once-a-day tablet for adults that helps prevent and treat nausea, vomiting or dizziness associated with motion sickness for up to 24 hours. So, you can take one at the beginning of your day of travel and be good until bed. This was especially good for the first day with me flying and then having the dinner cruise that night. I mean both of those things could have made sick. However, I’m glad to say that I felt perfectly fine.
I thought Bonine’s site was especially helpful. It contains some really good travel tips which can help ease or avoid getting motion sickness. Plus, it also explains how people get motion sickness. So, it’s a really informative site.
Have you ever tried either one of these medications? Were they helpful for you?
