- 2 cups Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a loaf pan.
Chop up a cup of cranberries. Then, combine them with the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Grate the orange peel. In a separate bowl, bring together the egg, oil, orange juice and grated orange peel.
Combine both mixtures together and add-in the white chocolate chips.
Put the batter into a pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool before eating.
